Trained Performance Educators present realistic scenes where characters struggle with the pressures and decisions of living and working in a diverse world. When tensions heighten, the scenes freeze and program participants are invited to interact with, or “hot-seat,” the characters in order to learn more about their backgrounds, motivations, and behaviors. In some cases, scenes can be replayed, with opportunities for participants to stop the action in order to suggest, and even “try out” alternative problem-solving strategies by role-paying with our actors. This collaborative process allows the group to generate a range of possible tactics, discover more effective ways to communicate, and practice behaviors that are more constructive and productive.
*Interactive scenes can be customized to incorporate the specific needs of your organization, or you can choose from one of our existing scenes.
